- Technical architecture decisions
- Customer discovery and feedback integration
- Go-to-market planning and execution
This is my main focus right now. Voice AI is revolutionary, and we’re building at the front of it.

We’re in active development, working with early customers to refine the product. The goal isn’t to replace human connection. It’s to make sure no customer interaction falls through the cracks.
